At Powerug, every rug is handmade to order and crafted exclusively for you. Because each rug is personalised to your design, size, and colour preferences, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for custom-made products once production has begun.
Before Production
Please carefully review your order before completing your purchase, including your design, spelling, artwork, dimensions, colours, and shipping address.
If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders can only be changed or cancelled before production starts.
Returns & Refunds
As every Powerug rug is custom-made and handcrafted specifically for each customer, we do not offer refunds or accept returns for change of mind, incorrect information provided by the customer, or personalised designs.
Once production has started, materials have been prepared and your rug is being created exclusively for you. For this reason, all sales are final.
If We Make a Mistake
If you receive the wrong rug, your rug arrives damaged, or your parcel is confirmed as lost in transit by the shipping carrier, please contact us as soon as possible.
After reviewing your claim, we will create and send a replacement rug at no additional cost. Our goal is to ensure you receive the handmade rug you originally ordered.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and include your order number together with clear photographs if your rug was damaged or incorrect.
Handmade Craftsmanship
Every Powerug rug is 100% handmade, meaning slight variations in colour, texture, shape, or finish are a natural part of the craftsmanship. These small differences make every rug unique and are not considered defects.
Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all design files, spelling, measurements, colours, and delivery details are correct before placing an order.
Powerug cannot be held responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information submitted during checkout.
