All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.

Please note that handmade and custom tufted rugs may require additional processing time.

United Kingdom Shipping

• Free Standard Shipping on orders over £50
• Standard Shipping (3–5 Business Days): £2.49
• Express Next-Day Shipping: £3.49

International Shipping (Europe)

• Europe Shipping (7–10 Business Days): £16.49

International delivery times may vary depending on customs processing and local courier services.

Incorrect Address Information

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the damage.

If your order is lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the shipping carrier to assist you.
